Rinaldi & Poveromo, P.C., is the direct descendent of the law firm of Rinaldi, Fendrick & Mellody, P.C., which was established in 1972 by attorney Raymond C. Rinaldi, based on principles of hard work, client loyalty, confidentiality and strict ethics. Attorney Raymond C. Rinaldi has served as a director for various financial and charitable institutions. He specializes in banking and business law. He serves as a director for First National Bank of Palmerton and Old Forge Bank.
In 1985, attorney Carl J. Poveromo became associated with the firm, and later he became a shareholder. He concentrates his practice in civil and criminal litigation and creditor's rights. He has been a frequent lecturer for the National Business Institute.
Thereafter, attorney Raymond C. Rinaldi welcomed two of his sons, Fred P. Rinaldi and Raymond C. Rinaldi, II, into the practice. Fred P. Rinaldi has developed an expertise in the areas of health law, financial transactions and business law. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Ronald McDonald House and as solicitor for the Greater Northeast Chamber of Commerce. He is also certified in U.S. Small Business Administration 504 Loans.
Raymond C. Rinaldi, II, has received an Estate Planning Certificate from Temple University School of Law. He formerly served as the solicitor for the Lackawanna County Board of Assessment Appeals, and he currently serves as the solicitor for the Riverside School District. Mr. Rinaldi practices in the areas of Estate Planning and Elder law, Real Estate and Assessment Appeals, Banking law and School law. He serves as director for the First National Bank of Palmerton.
Over the years, the firm has represented many individuals, businesses, both small and large, professional groups, non-profit organizations, and government agencies of all types. Our goal is simply to provide all of our clients with high quality legal services.
